1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrackGammon ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TrackGammon is a web-based service that provides:

Video upload and processing for backgammon matches
Computer vision-based game analysis
MAT file generation for use with GNU Backgammon
Match history and result tracking

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your password
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credit System and Billing

Free Plan

New users receive 17 free credits upon registration. Credits are consumed based on match length (e.g., 3-point match = 3 credits).

Pro Plan

The Pro subscription costs $100 per year and includes 500 credits, with the ability to purchase additional credits. The subscription automatically renews annually unless cancelled.

Billing and Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Upload videos that are not backgammon matches
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of the Service
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written consent
Upload excessive amounts of content to overwhelm our systems

6. Content and Privacy

Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your videos for the purpose of providing the Service.

Data Processing

We process your videos using computer vision technology. Processed data and generated MAT files are stored securely and are accessible only to you.

Data Retention

We retain your uploaded videos and processed data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your content at any time through your account settings.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.
